The Australian Weta Class (AWCA) organises Weta Class events and group entries at selected regattas around Australia - usually through the AusWeta Facebook Group and Facebook Messenger Chat - contact AusWeta@gmail.com to join the group or chat.

Championships are organised on a State and National basis and have a mix of short and long courses and marathon events (the latter because the Weta is so undemanding to sail - even for long periods).. The Nationals alternate between the States each year and are usually held over New Year.
